Join one of our Pilates Small Group Mat, Springboard or Reformer Class with Catherine Nelson for a mind/body Pilates workout. Catherine has been at Sense of Balance since 2017 when Candace moved into her spacious Spring Mills location. A life-long mover, ballarina since age 4 and student of Growtoski Movement methodology, Catherine began her Pilates training at The Fitness Guru in Brooklyn, New York where she received both Mat and Equipment Comprehensives and later received certification from Peak Pilates in 2017.
When: Thursday at 5:30pm, and Sunday at 1pm or by appointment
