Pilates Introduction/Fitness Assessment:
NEW CLIENT SPECIAL: 2 introductory sessions designed for the beginner to learn the Method of Pilates Principles and its foundation of Movement Basics and Fundamentals that will open you up to a world of body awareness, better posture, and get you on the level with our classes at Sense of Balance.
These initial assessment sessions will give you a starting point measurement of: core strength, flexibility, muscle imbalances, postural deviations, spinal mobility, joint laxity or stiffness, and functional movements in all planes of motion. This evaluation will set the standard for measuring fitness gains, correcting posture, and for the programming of all future workouts at our studio.
Cost $99, 2 - 60 minute private sessions with Candace
