Pilates for Teens

Calling all Teen Girls!

Spend a Sunday afternoon with Pilates instructors Candace and Catherine at the Sense of Balance Pilates/Fitness/Wellness studio and strengthen your body, mind, and spirit!

Just be YOU as we learn positive self-care techniques that will carry you into healthy active lives.

When: Sunday, April 29th from 2-3:30 pm. $10 per person for a 90 minute intensive workshop.

Pilates can be part of your growing athlete's performance training. We will work closely with each class participant to improve body awareness, increase balance, core strength and flexibility while promoting a positive body image.

Great for: FUN, Body Awareness, Coordination and Control, Athletic Conditioning and Injury Prevention, Posture, Alignment and Gait, Mental Focus. can drop off and pick up or stay and observe, we'll be serving coffee and Kombucha!

*Please arrive early to fill out a short health information form to help us stay safe with your child while teaching the exercises.
