Our CLA is the conjugated form of linoleic acid and it has been the subject of numerous studies which have shown that it supports lean muscle mass and body fat reduction.  It is naturally derived from safflower oil and is composed of 80% Cis 9, Trans 11 and Trans 10, Cis 12 isomers; it's two primary components.
