Our Mellow Mag is 8oz. of effervescent magnesium powder in the form magnesium carbonate, 350 mg per serving, with natural lemon flavor and organic stevia extract.

The blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate creates a special ionic form of magnesium. When added to water, ionic magnesium produces the characteristic carbonation or fizzing experience.
